Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for the visually impaired.

We need to break the systematic neglect of blind and visually impaired children at state schools. The crisis is caused by a lack of political will and commitment by our government to provide equal, equitable inclusive resourced education for blind children.  The lack of understanding and awareness of the needs of blind children, limited consultation and bureaucratic red tape by government officials hampers substantial improvements.
